I'm sooo stuck on the Wardens On The Coast mission.....try as I might I can only find 3 out of 4 of the 'signs'.  I've set way-points on the map and used the Search-ping thingy....and I can be right on top of the marker but I can't find the last one at all.  Do you have to do them in a certain order in order for them all to show up?

 

I've even tried cheating by watching youtube videos and even after watching a walkthrough I still can't make out where the last stupid letter is.  The one that really is annoying me is the one near the Occularum, the 2nd east of the small camp where you start.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem (though with a different one of the four clues). I think I picked up the clue I'm missing without Blackwall in the party and while the quest was not marked as my active quest. I don't know if either of those things would affect it, but now it shows me as missing a clue in that area, and no matter how much I search I get nothing from the search ping. I fear this quest may be bugged.

The last one was very hard to find.  It's not right there at the quest marker.  Circle around the rocks a bit.

Wardens on the Coast isn't Blackwall's personal quest so he's not affected by it, and you can even pick up his personal quest objects without him there.

I had the same problem, the quest marker seems to be wrong. I found the last spot in the ruins of a house a bit northwest to the marker.

I was hung up on this too..for me the final item was below the cooking area. I had to stand there and zoom in then search..even though i searched a hundred times near there, i wasnt close enough.

Last one is next to a tent on a hill. Really difficult to find
