So, I put in my codes from the Collectors edition as it says on the cards, and nothing. Nothing in the downloads, nothing avaialbe. What can I do?

I posted this elsewhere just now, but here is what I did...
I finally was able to get my downloads to work. I realized, during the installation, that the .NET framework installed improperly. To fix this, I downloaded a program that completely uninstalled and cleaned out previous installations of the NET framework, then installed the new 3.5 version from the Microsoft Support Site. Now the downloads are finally showing in my queu.
