There isn't an official support section for ME2 yet, only one for Dragon Age, so I'm unable to post anything there for assistance and I hope a rep will notice it here.

I accidentally used my Cerberus Network key from the Collector's Edition on the "Redeem Promo Code" part of the profile instead of using it ingame, and it is showing up as "UNRECOGNIZED ITEM" and I'm unable to access the network ingame. Entering my code again returns that is is already in use, I get the feeling we were supposed to be able to enter the key on either site and it would still work, but things are not 100% at the moment. If anyone has an idea how to fix this, or an EA/Bioware rep would be kind enough to remove the key from my profile, that would be a big help. I've read the game dosen't officially come out till tomorrow though, so I have a feeling that is where some of the problems are coming from.

Cerberus Network hasn't been activated yet by BioWare. Wait till tomorrow officially to see it activated.

The same thing happened to me; I used the Cerberus Network key on the EA website, got an error screen, and now won't access ingame because it says the key was used already. I would appreciate any help.

I bought the game with D2D and I put the code ingame and it gave me a link to download the armor and gun but where do I go to get Zaeed?
