Rogue Passives synergy breakdown for dual wielding

Here's a little something I made to help me figure out what abilities I want to shoot for, by how well they synergize with other rogue abilities.  these are passives only, and sorry I excluded archer:  https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing

 

 

Double Dagger passives seem to have the most benefit to any build, though Sabotage has a couple of good ones.  Tempest seems to have the least amount of synergy, and Artificer has buffs for the whole team.

 

To me, Assassin and Subterfuge have the most synergy for sure, though that's mostly due to one ability (Stealth).  Taking Stealth alone from Subterfuge would probably work alright, but Easy to Miss and Ambush are pretty awesome abilities, and Ambush is pretty far down the tree.  

 

Ideally I'm prolly gonna want to hit at least level 25 so I can go 9 into Assassin, 9 into Subterfuge, and 7-8 into Double Daggers (not sure how many bonus points we can get in this game).

The level cap is 25 again? I though it was 20.

It's neither, you can get past 25. 20 is just the achievement like it has been in 'every' Dragon Age game but it's never been the cap, theres a soft cap in place. You can expect to get somewhere between 25-30 if your on a completionist run.

 

Little sad to see archer excluded, that 5% per hit passive is absurd with daggers as anyone could imagine. 5% bonus dmg 'per' hit? I'd probably try to get that by lvl 10 just cause daaamn. Especially on NM.

So it is universally agreed for all classes, passives work no matter your loadout.
