I bought DAO Redeemed my Codes, and was able to unlock Everything I was entilted to. I was able to download and install everything except for the Stone Prisoner. I says 100% downloaded, But when it gets the the Install part, It fails. and After I retry, it say that It has failed twice and that I should go to the hugely unhelpfull EA Support Site.
After Searching for a solution her for the last 2 days I desdied to Post the issues to see if there is something I am doing Wrong.
This is for the PC Version of the game

Having the exact same issue. It says downloaded then doesn't finish extracting, then disappears from list, re-downloads, fails to install, rinse and repeat.

Same as me. Have bought the game with Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner included in the game package. I have also bought the Warden's Keep DLC. Everything installs fine except the Stone Prisoner DLC. The downloaded tab says 100% complete, but it fails to install.
Anyone have a solution.
Pc version here too

Same here. Download 100% completed but installation failed for The stone prisoner and for the dragon armor.
Required version for DLC 1.0 shows red. but I did not update my game it updates automatically
some says uninstall the game and install again without internet connection. Than install the DLC's than update the game.
anyone try it?

Same issue as above mentioned, I have tried atleast 8 or 9 times. Seems like every time I play it is downloading. Please fix. Why would I buy these if they cant even install?

I have the same problem it shows the 'required version' 1.0 in red. I did install the update. Is there a solution to this? I posted a question on the official EA support site but been waiting almost 2 weeks but still nothing from them...

Okay so I think I have it fixed, I just did what someone posted in another post: http://social.biowar...x/103800#104168
The only thing is that it still shows in the middle tab as not installed but in the third tab it shows as enabled.
Now going to try playing...

Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem with all the bonus items from the Collector's edition. I haven't found a fix yet. Should I be installing the patch to 1.02 on the game. Would that fix it?
Thank you

A write up of solutions to common problems with DLC downloading can be found in the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ
To see what version number you have, on the Game Launcher click "Configure", then select "Game", that's where it will show the version numbers.

If you try to manually install the DLC it can somtimes give you clues as to what might be causing the problem (assuming the manual installation doesn't just fix things by itself.) A couple of things to check for installation errors.
Your My Documents folder needs to be on the C: drive. If its on another drive, move it back to the default location temporarily while you're installing the DLC.
If your computer and languge settings are not US and English, going to the windows control panel and set your regional settings to US and English that has helped some people work around things. See this post for more details.

Its probably trying to automatically open the .dazip file. I have found that you get better results by opening the daupdater.exe application first, and opening the .dazip files from within that program.

Sigh I downloaded it and it cant find the file in the DAupdater

Posté 12 janvier 2010 - 07:39

Run DAupdater.exe (should be located in the bin_ship directory in your Dragon Age installation path).
Drag one of the .dazips you downloded onto the open application.
You should now see the name of that file on the list in the application. Click on it to select it.
Click the button that says "Install Selected"
Repeat for all manually downloaded DLC content.
If there is an error message there is a log tab to tell you what might be causing the error.

So you can't find the .dazip file with the DAupdater? You can always drag and drop the dazip file into the updater and then use the install selected button.
EDIT: Kepha beat me to it

I'm having trouble with the Stone Prisoner, too.
It was included in my copy of DA:O. I just got my internet back, so I was finally able to redeem the code and get DA online.
I was frustrated to find that the download isn't only morbidly slow, it also fails consistently - mine can't even finish downloading.
