I have finished gathering the materials for this quest and I made the jeweled skull at camp. It said I had completed the mission and to return to speaker viuus Anaxas and he is not where I first met him or anywhere else in skyhold. Does anyone know how to solve this problem as I cannot find him anywhere?

hm i cant tell u for sure because i need 1 more material for it (and got crashes right now so no motivation to play this one right now ^^)
But if u mark this quest it should show you where he is if not in skyhold than look on other maps. If not there it could be an Bug or ur Eyes wanna "troll" u
