This is a common problem in every video game I see. When warriors slap a greatsword on their back or a Rogue puts their twin daggers on their back.

 

From looking at my DAO clothes there are are no visible straps or sheaths for those daggers.

 

So they are magically sitting in my clothing because.....magic.

I was slightly disappointed to see this is still the case.
