So i just got DA:O and I want to make a evil character but i'm not certain on the class. I'll either be a mage that will enter into the art of blood magic or a rouge duel wielding swords, so I want opinions on what is more fun and is more evil too. tell me race too, and please no spoilers.

For rogue builds, dual wielding is the way to go in Origin. Daggers do more damage than swords over time. As in real life, anything over six inches or so is pretty much wasted. Swift salve is your friend for this build.
If you are a mage, then walking bomb and viral walking bomb plus a pet skeleton are must haves for anyone who likes their enemies to explode in a welter of gore (and who doesn't?). Crushing Prison is fun in a sick and twisted way as well.

I just wanted to point out that you will be mocked.
As for which class is more fun, I personally think mages are more fun. Especially before Awakening (since archer rogues get a really nice ability in that one called "Rain of Arrows," though this is moot if you're planning on playing dual wield) but even going into Awakening mages are just more powerful and have access to more fun abilities.

I think a deliciously evil blood mage sounds like a really fun idea! I would probably do something like that or be a really despicable warrior castless dwarf.

I rolled an evil warrior dwarf, but she was an aristocrat. (I don't know if I can really call her a "noble" after some of the crap she pulled.) I gave her the Templar and Reaver specs because I figured she envied mages their gifts and wanted to be a mage herself. (This could be a reason for her to Annul the Circle, but instead I decided that she didn't blame the mages themselves for the fact that they won the lottery and believed it to be her duty to throw as much magic at the horde as possible due to her mild worship of its power. And that's why the Dalish are dead and Branka is alive.)
