Is there a way to zoom in and out with an Xbox controller (I'm on a PC)? 

Tactics view and just plain running around is difficult with the default state. 

 

Also, is there a console command that will change the field of view?  If I can't zoom in and out, keeping things relatively zoomed out all the time would be welcome.
