I've had a couple of small bugs involving my Cadash Inquisitor. It's only happened twice (once in Orlais, once in the War Room,) but they were calling me Trevelyan and Cadash at the same time, like the lines were stepping on each other. The captions in both cases read Trevelyan.
I'm not trying to complain too hard and I'm pretty sure I've seen folks mention this before. Still, I figure I'd toss that out there.
