So, this will likely be something incredibly obvious. But I've spent far too long on this mission, between some hardware malfunctions, a messed up save and my... let's call it "persistence".

I've completed the goal of finding the artifact (again), which then allows me to either sell it to the Chantry or give it to the Dalish. However, I can't figure out where the hell I'm allowed to make that decision. There is no cursor anywhere on the area map or world map, nor is there anything in the War Room about it. As I'm playing a Dalish Elf, I'd really like to complete this mission, but I can't figure out where the hell to complete it, and a quick forum search didn't pull up an answer for me either.

Currently, I'm just wandering the Emerald Graves because there clearly wasn't anything at Skyhold for it.

The dalish are in another map, the exalted march.

I've found the Dalish, but am unable to turn in this quest. When I initiate contact with him, he just kinda ignores me. Is there another step in between?

Do you have the quest unlocked to gain favor with the dalish? You have to talk to the guy in the dalish camp who wants to join the inquisition. You gain favor by giving them the relic, if I recall it right.

How did you guys get past the room with the statue and 4 pedestals at the bottom?

Lighting all the beacons, if I recall correctly

I saw what looked like a torch floating the the air, but I can't reach it.

Or do you light them with veil fire?

My last two parts to find are listed as stairs on the map. Too late to reload , is there a work around?

Can this only be started before finishing the Dalish rep quest?

HAD TO RESPOND TO THIS AS I WAS ALSO PULLING MY HAIR OUT!!!!

This quest is bugged. Specifically, or at least in my case, you can get all but one of the pieces you need to open the tomb. I ran around the tomb for about 1.5 hours before I noticed that there was a red dot (enemy indicator) in the blue circle zone that usually designates where to look, but no way to get to the enemy. So... Left the tomb. Traveled to camp. Went back to tomb (note there is a "fast travel" icon. Sure enough, this reset things/put them to rights and I easily got the last item. Hope this helps someone else!!!

This quest is bugged for me too, but in a different way. I found the tomb, found the histories and got the option of giving it to the Dalish or Chantry. I gave it to the Dalish and that part of the quest checked off. However 'find the tomb' never did, even though I was clearly in there. The quest marker is still on the outside of the dungeon and it won't go away even though I'm done with the quest. Guess it will just sit in my quest log forever as 'not done'. =/

Yeah. got the same issue. For some reason when i started this quest that "find the tomb" part just didnt went off. But you can enter the tomb and when you get 1st emerald necklace you will get that next objective to find 9 of those etc. And in the end you will be left with "find the tomb" part that just gonna stay there forever =(

tried to start this quests from the very begining, but this part wont trigger in any way i tried.

Mkay... it seems i managed to solve my problem... somehow... looks like the trigger for this "find the tomb" part is at the beggining area of this tomb location, just before you find first emerald seal. I can only guess that that area is not that big... as you can avoid it somehow (like hugging the wall or something) so it wont trigger that part of the quest. I managed to get it on my 3d attempt of this quest, even though i didnt payed much attention to the exact area where i get it, but rather when i get 1st seal. Not sure if you will be able to trigger it after completed this quest, but you can give it a try.

Nightheaven, I followed your solution and it worked even thou I've completed all the other quest objectives. I just run around a bit in the first room and it got completed. :)

I got stuck in this quest too. Cleared the tomb but the quest didn't register "Find the tomb" when I obviously had ._.
Tried to exit and enter multiple times with multiple companions and such, with no success. But when I had just entered for the eight or ninth time and decided to search the area again, my quizzy noticed the dead inquisition soldiers inside and commented on them = *ding* quest finished O.o
So it might have to do with commenting on/noticing the dead soldiers *inside* the tomb.

I was stuck with this quest too, returned to the Ruined Courtyard of Din'an Hanin, and as my Inquisitor was trotting over some corpses (much tact and respect), she commented on them and ta-daaah, quest finished! Gotta love these forums, thanks everyone! :D
