Does this reflect in Inquisition? Because I loaded up a world save where my Warden did taint the ashes and joint the cult and all, but there is no change in dialogue at the temple of sacred ashes. Hell, why does temple of sacred ashes even exist if they got tainted?? I was wondering if this is an indicator my world state did not import properly or that the game just does not reflect this choice, despite it being in the Keep.

The temple is always the temple regardless of your choice. The ashes eventually vanish either way before this game starts.  Either the carta discover the location of the temple or the chantry does.

Beyond that I don't know if anything else in the game is influenced by that specific choice.

It was still the last known resting place of Andraste's ashes.  So it would still be a sacred place to the Chantry.

I just started my second file, breaking all my vows not to until the patch, but Leliana does speak of it in her first clickable conversation in Haven. The one where you catch her at the tent.

Does this happen if you didn't kill her? She definitely references it if you kill her, since I did, but idk if not.

She also appeared in DA2 even if you killed her, apparently it's explained in-game at some point. I always assumed it was just lingering magic from the Ashes.

I corrupted the ashes, and I haven't heard any mention of it in the game yet (I'm half way through) if there's a difference between corrupting them or not; I don't know, because this is my first profile.

She chocks it up to the Maker saving her, one minute she was dead the next she was not. As Yuoaman points out however, it was probably where she was that triggered her revival. That temple was so full of lyrium in Origins, as Oghren points out if you take him, that it could support the Guardian well past his life span - or at least that's the theory that works without the maker's existence. Whose to say that much pure lyrium in a place that was so magically charged didn't work a miracle?
