am I the only one who thinks that the helmets in this game look absolutely ridiculous? they are all too big. and if put on a female character just look f'ing stupid. i have yet to see a helmet that doesnt just look straight up lame. (I am only talking about metal helms, i don't use nonmetal ones.)
Stupid helmets.

There are only 2 that I've liked, the Warden one and the Venatori, but the Venatori one is missing some textures so it does look a bit bad once you notice it. The Templar helm is one of the few I really wanted but it's way too big and it's not even the same worn by the rest of the Templars in the game.

I personally love the warden and free marcher helmets (latter is a full helmet / metal).
They both make you look powerful and intimidating with a touch of mysterious.
Currently using warden helmet on my mage. Only complaint is that it auto-hides in cinematics >.<

Try dealing with qunari face-paints, they don't hide at all.
If want to have Skyhold converstions in my natural face, I have to unequip it (yes, Hide Helmet is checked).

Hide Helmet (if playing on the PC) is in the Interface menu for some odd reason.

I only have 2 gripes with the head gear.
- Mage/Battlemage Cowl schematic is RNG, why? We have all of these elaborate armor designs but the one thing none of the merchants stock is a standard hood. It's pretty funny.
- Templar Helmets do not look like the helmets worn by the Templar NPCs.

I think the warden helmet looks awesome, I have all 4 of my party wearing it, looks so intimidating xD
