Just as title says. I've already done all the collecting of the Grey Warden items as well as the tome collections. Both missions are done, but the next missions for both characters will not start.

 

I'm already past Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts main story line, and already did the corresponding Grey Warden main mission, as I assumed it was connected to Blackwall's quests.

 

Is there a specific quest I have to do in order to force start their quests or are both missions just utterly bugged for my game? How am I suppose to receive these quests to begin with so I know for future playthroughs?

Nevermind, I finally got these quests to work. It must've fixed itself. because all I did was do a LOT of other side quests and returned to Skyhold multiple times after the Wicked Hearts main story. After several times of doing this, it seems to have finally clicked for my game.

Have you gotten the snow white quest to complete? I can't for the life of my find the wyvern it wants. If it meant the dragon there then it's already dead. All I could find was a common heart from one of the critters in the area.
