1) I have at least 2 keep; in Crestwood and The Western Approach. I think I remember hearing we could make a keep focus in one of the 3 advisor types. Is this possible?
2)Whats the max level?
Also has anyone got the multiplayer chest from the deluxe edition?

From my understanding, 20 is the soft cap, meaning you can go beyond that point. There is no absolute level cap, though. So theoretically you can level up forever if you want (or until you've unlocked all of the abilities, which is a worthy goal)
Dunno if you can specialize captured keeps, haven't seen that optioned yet, but when you upgrade parts of Skyhold you can pick a focus for those
I think I heard the soft is around 30, can't actually level indefinitely because stuff more than 3 levels under you doesn't give xp when you kill it so you can't grind forever
Yea I've gotten the garden and mage tower for Skyhold. I'm guessing they didn't put the keep feature in.
Hi. No more customizing Keeps. You get three -- 1 in Crestwood (run by Leliana's spy), 1 in the WA (run by a soldier under Cullen), and 1 in Emprise du Lion (run by a Baron answering to Josephine).
So technically one for each.
