So I decided to use one of my inquisition perks to unlock the Rogue Schematics just to see what they were. (I've since reverted to the previous save. I think the perk schematics might be level-based.)
Anyhow, one of the schematics was for Superior Hunter Armor. I happen to have a looted set right now and I think it's pretty nifty, so I was super excited to have the schematic. Except when I went to craft it, it looked like an upgraded set of Hunter Mail, not Armor. That is, it's got lots of pale yellow over metal scales with a solid breastplate. The Superior Hunter Armor that I looted, as well as the Hunter Armor schematic that I have, have a very different design, namely what looks like a waistcoat of sorts with an open front. (Not to be confused with the Coat, which is basically a wall of fabric with a set of buttons up the front.)
I've tried taking the perk twice now with the same results, so I can only conclude that the schematic provided by the perk is somehow bugged to look different. I tried actually crafting it as well, and it looks the same as Hunter Mail even after I'm done with the crafting menu and into inventory.
Does anyone know if there are schematics for Tier 3 Hunter Armor Prowler Armor out there, and if so, where? (ETA: Apparently the scheme is Scout [Tier 1] > Hunter [Tier 2] > Prowler [Tier 3])
When I have time I'll try to post back with an inventory shot, but the Hunter Armor is this stuff:

(IMHO, the Mail and Coat pale by comparison.)
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
ETA: OK, so it looks like a guy in the Hissing Wastes sells some Prowler Armor schematics, but I haven't seen info on the Superior Prowler Armor anywhere. Fingers crossed that's what Cullen gives us for the Rogue perk at higher levels...
