I've looked everywhere for a dragon to get the dragon tooth, yet I can't seem to find any anywhere! I've looked online but I still can't find anything, does anyone know where to find a dragon? Preferably a low level one, since I'm level 14. Thanks!

In the Hinterlands, north of Dusklight Camp there is a level 12 dragon. Just keep going north until you find it.
