I do not know what name you give them but do anyone know how you unlock the advanced jobs? Like Champion or Templar and others ? I don't want to advance in my game till I got them thanks

They are called specializations and when you can unlock them, there will be quests for them.  You have to be level 10, I think.  You'll get three quests (one per specialization for your class).  You choose which one to complete to get the specialization.
