I have a human female and I have romance options in dialogs with Blackwall, Iron Bull, Cassandra. Cullen (those are the ones I checked) and I want to romance Sera, and with her I don't have at all
Is my character bisexual?

You can romance Sera, if that's what you're asking.

My title is kinda dumb. I just wonder if I have this gender bug because I can romance male only characters (Cassandra) but also female only charcters (Blackwall) but the one I actually want to romance. I can't

So.. not wanting to spoil.
Everyone has flirt options even if that character doesn't have a romance option with you, also keep an eye on the informative text that appears above some dialogue options, it will become clear later on.

Yes.
You can't spell BioWare without 'bi.'

I love the fact that I can flirt with everyone.
Just because I can't decide who to romance so I'll just play the Romance Roulette and see what happens.
For a Dalish Elf things pick up EXTREMELY quickly with Solas it seems. I mean DAMN.

My Inquisitor is bisexual and trying for the title of Flirtiest Dwarf In Thedas. So far she's hit on everyone the game would allow her to - Vivienne, Cullen, Cassandra, Bull, Sera, Dorian, Josephine, Blackwall ... alas, I never got an option with Solas. Are only female elves allowed to do that?
Nothing with Varric either, alas. (I know he's not a romance option, but neither is Viv. It would have been nice to try and get gently shot down - I mean, at least Hawke got to flirt with him in DA2!)

But does that flirting automatically start a romance with those characters who are an option?

You can flirt with Varric in your very first conversation with him, if you take the option. I decided not to, but that seems to be the only time that a flirt with him is an option so far about 13 hours of game play (and no, I don't even have all the companions yet. Still need to go pick up Cole, but I keep bombing around the Storm Coast.)

relationship develop based on how the character is written and if you use flirt options. I imagine some chracters want commitment and other just want the funs

It can set it in motion but the romance doesn't start (the point of no return) until a certain point where the text above your conversation choices will make it clear that it's the point of no return.

Ok cool. I remember in Origins the flirty dialogue started you on the romancing path and I certainly don't want it like in Mass Effect where I got into a romance with Ashley just by being nice to her.
