Heh, I was curious to see what had happened overnight, and waking up to the 'perception' comment - oh, wow, that annoyed me quite a bit. That's fairly disheartening.
For my part, outside the initial hour of gameplay, and one other instance (maybe another hour), I've been playing DAI on my PS4 completely offline ( logged out of EA+ PS4's internet turned off - let's say 30hrs offline). I think it helped the screen jutter issue considerably, actually. Unfortunately, though, all my banter/sound issues in my initial save game happened while the console was completely offline. Interestingly, when I started this new game save with the console offline, I don't think I had any screen jutter at all in the prologue - and it had been such a mess the first time around.
I've only gotten to put another thirty minutes in the newer save I was testing - the music/combat dialogue is still working 100% for the Hinterlands. (Nothing for Val Royeux.) There really and truly should be music playing every 1.30 mins in the Hinterlands, quite often even more frequently than that if you're lucky. Music seems to play every time one teleports to a camp, too. Bantering still isn't remotely working properly, but mucking with the audio gave me 2xSera/Solas.
I don't think I've had an belated question completion issues, but will definitely give codex a go. It'd be wonderful if it worked.
