ELE08 that is amazing !
She looks so different and unique. I suppose we are all accustomed to basically seeing a variation on a theme with most Shepards but your texmod has just totally transformed her appearance.
Also all female Shepards should have a beauty spot somewhere
Thank you! The texmod makes all the difference. I can say she is fairly standard and unremarkable without it.
I did post my texmod today as well as a Gibbed editor headmorph for anyone who would like to use it. The original dds files are there as well for those who like to edit and build their own texmods link.

Whether or not modded files will work in ME3 depends on how significant the mod is. Adding extra morality points or resources is unlikely to corrupt a save. Editing textures might, but I'm inclined to believe it won't. I can import a NG+ using a character with a non-standard face texture and it works alright, so that may be an indication it could work for ME3.
Editing a mesh might have some complications though, like if you replaced your head with an Asari's (just tossing this out there, not that I've heard of this).
I've also imported heavily modded characters as a NG+, so I'm hoping it will be possible to import into ME3 if game assets remain largely unchanged. Worse case scenario hopefully, is we'll just have to create a new face in the character creator if the imported one is completely FUBAR.
Texmods luckily don't directly modify save files, so those should be good from day one.
