Adama Shepard
I usually play FemShep, but I've been distracted and not feeling much like playing. So I got digging around, found Gibbed and you know how things go from there. I didn't feel like morphing or replacing existing files, so I started fresh on a male shep with BSG in mind.
That said, I wanted to see how far I could go with a an in-game character creation of Adama. I don't know why him, but the thought stuck. Before I got started though, I wanted to create a complete mod simulating his voice. I got as far as extracting the audio, but repackaging for the game has proven difficult. I digress.
Anyway, here's my creation of Adama Shepard. Once I got started and had a baseline, I decided to search on masseffect2faces.com to make sure I wasn't adding something that was overdone. All I found were two other Face Codes for Adama... with blonde hair.
I think the proportions are about as close as they can get with the in-game editor. His battle scared face isn't as worn as in the series, but it's definately noticable. Depending on the lighting, Adama Sheps hair will go a bit grey and in some scenes, he just looks so damn convincing that you expect another BSG character or a Cylon to come popping around the corner (Shooting Mechs is rather amusing though). He really fits in well with crew interactions and makes for an engaging time for repeat players or first time MaleShep players like myself.
The only thing I can't wrap my head around is the voice. He sounds young, no, completely out of place. However, he also looks a little younger as well, so it's almost fitting to call him a younger version of William (Bill) Adama. Once I find a way to repackage edited sound files, I'll consider releasing a sound mod, if it's at all possible.
Here's a quick mashup image.

No morphs or mods are needed for this. Just edit your existing code, or use during character creation.
