Hi I just finished Dragon Age today. I defeated the Archdemon on my third attempt. I was wondering now that I have finished the game, can I go back and explore and get any loot left behind and get my party members levels higher.

Plus, any good tips on leveling up?

Cheers!

You should have gotten an autosave for downloadable content that may allow you to go back and get some things that you've missed, but nothing will have reset for you. Definately not Lothering. ;)

NO.  Once you defeat the Archdemon the only thing you can do are NEW DLC quests (like Warden's Keep or the mythical Return to Ostagar) or expansions (like Awakenings hopefully coming in March)

If I were you and wanted to get everything you missed just reload an older save before you go to the landsmeet and start playing again from there.

#1 leveling tip - Buy Elfroots (VERY CHEAP!) from the vendor in the Brecilian Forest.  Every Stack of 99 = about 900xp when given to the Allied Supply crates in camp.  OF course - in order to buy these you needed to NOT side with the werewolves and kill all the Dalish when you completed that section....

I recommend starting a new game with a new character type. The opening sequence alone will be quite different and reason enough to restart from the beginning. Yes, you can definitely play the same character more, by opening an older save, but that just takes off from where that step and doesn't "add" to anything you did later in that progression. Mainly, I just do that to look back at the equipment that earlier character had, as a point of reference.

My biggest tip on leveling up is when restarting your character to do use every possible opportunity to open every "clickable" items in each area. Use the TAB key everywhere frequently to show you all the items - each gives experience. Do every quest possible in areas like Lothering that become closed soon after the game evolves.

the TAB key - another great reason why PC Dragon Age is better than console....
