This thread is full of misinformation. The Inquisition perks relate entirely to special dialogue options within normal conversations with NPCs, not anything to do with banter.

 

Certain companion banters are meant to include the Inquisitor, with the Inquisitor free to choose a reply or not to interject at all. When that happens, the dialogue wheel appears as normal. On consoles this requires a button press to activate, whereas on PC you can use the cursor or the number buttons to select the response as normal.

 

However, these banter options are relatively rare, and lots of people are likely not getting them due to the overall low frequency of banter due to the banter bug.

Please read through the thread before you declare it full of misinformation, you'll find most of your issues have already been discussed and addressed. In fact most of it has been addressed in the OP. If you'd like to internet debate people please do it in another thread, thank you.

There's awesome banter (conflict) between Dorian and Vivienne with interactive options. Even Iron Bull said something (but it's not a three way conversation).

There are few specific banters between Sera and Blackwall. It unlocks some new dialogue options for Blackwall and other character in Skyhold. Really sweet thing, but I won't spoil anything. For those who are curious:

Every companion will comment on your romance with another.

 

I listened to every Sera + X audio clip, and there is something for everyone, though some of them are race-restricted and/or choice-restricted (Solas talks about how it is "natural" that Sera is interested in the Elven Inquisitor, but I didn't hear a convo for non-Elven-Inquisitors from Solas/Sera). Many of them are interactive.

 

It's probably worth separating them out into a separate list because there are so many.
