Got it from a vendor in the hissing wastes pretty late game unfortunatly and was pretty expensive :/

I just got this armor on my mage funny thing though I think the animation was a bit bugged at the moment that silver thing of the shoulder was really floppy and it annoys me more than it should.
Also a note if you have around 10k gold at any point after you get skyhold you can go and get these there is one for each class and they all look like that.You also need 20 power to unlock the area.

That's the Inquisitor armor right? Why isn't that given to us when we are made Inquisitor or when we get the Skyhold?
