I'm not sure how anyone else is finding Remote Play, but we need full button remapping to avoid the rear touch screen for L2/L3/R2/R3.

 

For an overview of how to do this, Digital Extremes has very good Remote Play support in Warframe.  It detects a Vita, and has separate (default) controls compared to the PS4, and you can user-remap each independantly.

 

The Vita would probably work even better than Warframe, as it's got auto targeting and a slower pace.

I am for this idea.

 

It's not awefull, but it is rather odd and lazy.

Just allow us to change the controls themselves or optimise them for the vita. It would take you like 2min.

Here's an idea :

- Move L2 to L

- Move R2 to R

- Move L1 to right on D-pad

- Move R1 to lower right part of touchscreen

- Move L3 to full backtouch

- Move R3 to lower left part of touchscreen

 

This would make attacking MUCH easier with the bumpers for switching skill pages and normal attacks.

The item slot is a toggle anyway so putting it on the right of the d-pad would work fine.

The extra R1 skill can be much easier accessed.

And even if you would touch the bachtouch pad by accident, you only activate the search function which you'll use a lot anyway.

And locking can be done by just touching the lower left part of the screen for easy acces.

 

Anyway, hope this gets fixed. Am loving the game so far.

Been playing for 6 hours and haven't even TOUCHED the first story mission XD
