WHen I log in and play, I go straight to a room. I have this bald headed default character and nothing about create a character.  I am in a room and click on a box. I am told to level up click on the plus sign by head. I click on this and the game goes into pause.  I click the space button and nothing happens.

I can not tell if I am even online or not.  I don't know where the character creation option is because none are shown and no starting video begins that leads to character creation.  And the game stays on pause after I click to level up and if I don't I go to the door and click on the door but nothing happens.

Please someone tell me what am I suppose to do.  I've played Everyquest, WarCraft, Camelot, Aion, Warhammer, City of Heroes, and have no idea what to do with this one.
