if you move over something where they have to jump, they will stay stuck there forever.
they constantly run through fire and other hazardous things in combat
sometimes they just get stuck spazzing out and spinning in circles in combat without attacking or helping anything at all
sometimes members of the party will just stop following you and stand in one spot even with a clear path to you and the rest of the group, until you select them and forcibly move them yourself.
