I've already flirted with her all times except for the one that causes disapproval back in Haven. I got the holding hands scene where she says she respects me in Skyhold and have the quest to kill the rogue mages and templars. I already gave her Varric's book and am wondering how do I start her romance? Do I complete the quest to kill the rogue mages and Templars or wait until Here Lies the Abyss to get her missing seeker quest?

You want to do the Seeker quest then talk to her after. I just recently romanced her...and it was glorious.
