My achievement unlocked after the dance with Florianne. However, it has glitched out several times during the dance, not compounding court approval correctly. I'd always have to reload from an earlier save.

Yeah I wasn't certain how to get this achievement myself, and as soon as my Inquisitor approached Florianne (approval 100) I got that satisfying little trophy chime

I got the achievement after closing the rift that Florianne opened.

Ok got the trophy 3rd try, you arrest her by chosing to talk with her when speaking to cullen, then the trophy should pop, i didnt have all the evidence. I did however get all the statues which lets u in a room and you do get a clue out of it

You don't even have to arrest her- the trigger is "exposing her publicly."

I exposed her publicly then murder knifed that b*tch and not only did it feel great but it was awesome to see.

Edit: just going to add- you don't have to have "all" the evidence either. My first playthrough I only had Briala and Gaspard evidence. Called out Florianne- reached 100 approval at one point- still got the the trophy.
