Well as topic reads, should one save the dragon materials for later or is it possible to aquire more loot from the dragons multiple times?

As far as I can tell, those dragons are a one off fight each so thus the loot is extremely limited and thus valuable. The good news that there are a decent amount of dragons in game. The fun news is you get to kill them. The bad news is they will kill you if you aren't kitted out right.
