Okay wth is the deal with being able to make a pretty Hawke (Once you hit skyhold) but in CC human woman look like crap?

It's trying to appease you since the custom femhawke option will change the female inquisitor's voice to the other one once you're done.

 

It's the same system for CC, not sure why you think that.

The female faces are so hard to make pretty. But Hawke is exactly what I would like for my female mage.

It was definitely a challenge but I was able to create one I'm happy with. I wondered if there is a setting to save it though.
