Is it possible to continue with the Blackwall romance without finishing collecting all the items for Memories of the Grey? There's one item that appears to be behind a locked door in the Fallow Mire, only accessible with the Deft Hands Fine Tools perk, and by the time I discovered this I'd already spent all my Inquisition Perks on other things. I can't get through that durned door. Am I out of luck?
