[Spirit Keeper]

Not sure if this is the right thread but I pre-ordered the collectors edition of DA:I, while I got the case I seem to have only reciveved a standard copy of the game. As such i'm missing codes for pretty much everything it seems. There is no Flames of the Inqusition armour+ weapons codes, no armoured mount code or Skyhold throne, Red hart, unicorn etc. Also no code for the Digital souindtrack. The only codes I could locate are ones to register the game itself and a small slip to get an MP crate. So i'm wondering how exactly I get my codes?
