I am on the second part where it asks to retrieve lambswool and silk. I already have the necessary silk but not the lambs wool. I only have 3 lambs wool and trying to defeat enemies that have it but I do not know who has it for me to acquire. I am at level 8 and have cleared most of the quests. Does anyone know which particular enemies drop it?

Sadly I do not know, but you should know that the requisition quests are entirely optional and repeat as you complete them, so don't feel obliged to keep fulfilling them.  They do add to your power though, so I try to complete at least one per region.
