i've had this damn inquisition requisition recipe forever and i've been killing everything under the sun - bandits, hassar, avvar, bears, rams, darkspawn, rifts, templars, mages - and they're not dropping any locks! this one quest is like a blight on my record that I want removed! it sits there nagging me every time I open my journal or look at my map!

If I remeber correctly, you can loot them from human enemies in the area where you got the requisition recipe.

I can't find the lock either. And now its swarmed with red templars. Suggestions?

You have to do it early on, as in VERY early, when bandits are still around. If you start dealing with the problems in the Hinterlands, the bandits despawn. Ultimately of course, it doesn't matter, as requisition missions in the various areas cycle around indefinitely, they are not meant to be completed each and every time, only to provide yet another relatively easy way to acquire power.

After a certain point one cannot complete this quest however there is a mod where you can purchase it.. and uninstall after if you wish or keep the mod. Check out : http://www.nexusmods...tion/mods/814/?
