I'll probably get the game about a week from tomorrow because Gamestop takes forever to ship to PO boxes.

Me. Amazon currently doesn't think they're shipping my game until February 1st - NEXT Monday. This means I probably won't get it until Saturday February 6th. Not this weekend, the weekend after. Argh. Usually Amazon ships my pre-orders early to compensate it taking a bit to get to me, but not for my game. They shipped my guide before it was supposed to be released though.  I can go pick it up today, funny enough.

Starting tomorrow I'm hiding from all of the ME forums because I don't want to see spoilers.

Call me dumb but... I don't understand, why do euro's have to wait extra days to get the game, why can't game.co.uk etc just ship it early for us.

Is it because the game hasn't arrived in europe? Or are the publishers just stubborn

I don't think it's an indication of maturity at all.  I am really excited and impatient to get the game, and at 26, I consider myself to be a well rounded and mature member of society.  Nothing wrong with a little giddy anticipation in life! No need to be a grinch about it.

Incidentally, my CE comes in the mail Feb.4, but my xbox won't be back from the console hospital until at least Feb.7, so it will be a long wait indeed. At least I have the art book to hold me over

I pre-ordered and told them to ship it regular for two reasons: 1) it was free and 2) if it arrived tomorrow I would be playing instead of sleeping, and then I would sleeping when I should be attending a 7:30 AM Lab. No temptation, no problem.
Basically, if it arrived any Non-Tuesday day, it would be good for me. Pre-Weekend would be a bonus, but every day it's not here is a day I do more homework/readings ahead of time to free up future time.

The joy of being a housewife. I'll put the kids on the bus tomorrow at 8am, then head on down to Best Buy with my li'l preorder box, then I can come home, load it up and and play until 3.30.



No hexes or jinxes please, my car will run tomorrow, my computer will not blow up in the night (in objection to me creating perhaps my 10th DAO character) and Best Buy employees will not go on strike tomorrow.

i love living in Edmonton (home of Bioware) thought I'd have to wait till tomorrow but guess what i found at my door this morning? My pre-order CE
this is the first time I've been able to pull myself away to comment

Got mine from game.co.uk and UK has 29th Release date but alot of the time you get the game the day Before due to being a preorder and first class delivery! all that needs to happen now is that it gets lost in the hell hole that is royal mail!! Or god forbin game.co.uk try's to mess me about with the PC version or one thats not the CE or without the bonus codes etc. . at the rate all the muck ups are going with this all of the above wouldnt faze me!!
