The blood spatter is the exact same on both sides of this cloth piece on the armor. It's kind of annoying because it looks more like a intentional design for the cloth rather than an actual blood spatter lol...  

The armor is:

Medium armor: Reinforced scout coat. In the slots for it I have Vigorous Fiery Scout Arms and Vigorous Shrewd Scout Arms. Item level 14, requires level 11 to equip.
