I've been running around this tomb for about an hour now and I've found 8 out of the 9 seal pieces I have to get. My problem is that the last one is marked with a quest icon next to a locked door. I've been to every level around the tomb and I've opened every door along the way. There's nothing there! Or, more likely, I'm missing something glaringly obvious. 

 

Any help? The one that's left is around where the veilfire runes are in that weird looping area, middle-left of the map. That sounds vague but it's the best I can do.

How do you get for this quest? Been in the Emerald Graves and missed it. Nothing from the War Table either.

There is a mission on the War Table (I forget what it's called) near the Emerald Graves. Once it's done, it'll tell you that you've unlocked a new area and there will be a new marker on the area map. There should be a fast travel point right outside the tomb.

Like I said there's nothing on the war table. Do you have to do anyhing for it to become available on the war table?

I did the whole Fairbanks quest, plus the little side one about nobility and his connections there. I did a few more things along the way but nothing that might suggest they were part of a bigger plot. If the map quest definitely doesn't show up then I would suggest just spending an hour in the Emerald Graves doing as much as you can. It might open some quests up for you.

I am also stuck on 8 out of 9, there isn't even a marker for the location for me

Did you get all of them? I still haven't gotten the last one. Any help here would be hot.

Did you figure it out, OP? I'm in the same situation right now.. 8/9 pieces and a locked door I can't seem to find. I can't open the door with the 3 veilfire torches because I'm missing the final emerald piece.

The ping circle thing you use to find hidden items should appear somewhere for the last piece. I just did that quest today but I can't remember where I found the last piece of course

I was stuck at 8/9 pieces, but I found the last one up on the gallery. There are stairs leading up next to one of the big statues with a sword.

I finally found the last piece after tearing my hair out for a couple of hours:-

Where the statue is that you climb up to via two ladders, the 'ping' should kick in right at the bottom of the lower ladder, so if you hit search you will get it to work. Just stand right at the bottom of the two ladders!
