Has anyone who downloaded and installed the Deluxe Edition DLC for the PS4 been able to load their saves and play while offline?

I was playing last night and my internet went out; however, the game just told me my connection to the servers was lost and I was able to continue playing. Unfortunately, my modem is completely messed up and I need a tech to come out to fix it, which won't be until tomorrow. :-(

Anyways, thinking that I can play offline, I went to continue my game, but was told my save was unable to be loaded because the DLC wasn't installed. Clearly it was been and I even doubled checked under the Notifications tab and Downloads to make sure it was all installed.

Has anyone found a way to work around with this? I don't have internet at the moment (so I can't try to reinstall the DLC) and I really don't want to wait until tomorrow before I can play again.
