Be sure to salvage armor upgrades you're not using (I break down any upgrades below level 15) - they seem to always drop cloth.
Thats the problem, the light armour ones don't drop as often as the leather and metal ones. Also there is one more class of weapon each for the leather and metal. Only 1 weapon type gives cloth.

Dunno if it's a bug or my luck is just terrible, but for the past couple of days I've joined plenty of matches and they 90% of the time end up Demons. Very boring to have the same enemy appear all the time especially since that Demon commander needs a nerf bad, he absolutely ruins the fun of MP for me. Also, I keep crossing my fingers with chests but not only is the loot quality ALWAYS terrible, but I almost never seem to get staves or bows, the only two weapons I have any real interest in. I've disassembled more swords and daggers than I can count, but staves and bows seem oddly rare.
Just my terrible luck? Would seem very odd, if this is the case.

On x360 here I've had two cases of the invisible enemy bug. Once in Orlesian house and once in Elven ruins, both times it happened when opening door from area 3 to area 4. Not only were MOBs invis but vases, treasure doors, and chests were not displaying for me, but party members and especially host were able to fight and loot. Interestingly, even though treasure doors were not visible, they still blocked movement, except when I jumped into and out of the room before the party had opened it.Has anyone seen these invisible or invincible enemies in factions outside of Red Templar (or for enemies apart from the stalker?).
Also, has anyone experienced any incidents of enemies teleporting to areas that are inaccessible to players? Any and all information you can provide will help us figure out what might be going on here.
The house run ended in a wipe, but the time it happened in the ruin the party managed to get to area 5. On my end the final fight area did not load but the background geometry from the previous area continued and I followed the party to the banner spot but I fell under where the ground should have been and got trapped. Then I got vote-kicked. Hope this story helps. Thanks
Edit: forgot to mention the voiceover for the bonus nor the bonus diamond on the radar did not show for me

Also, has anyone experienced any incidents of enemies teleporting to areas that are inaccessible to players? Any and all information you can provide will help us figure out what might be going on here.
The only time I've seen this glitch is with the Red Templar stalker. I have also seen the RT stalker become invincible at 0 hp, and cannot be killed even though it stops attacking. This prevents progress in the match.

We had it once, fighting demons in the Elven ruins. I don´t know how it happened, since it was in the mindst of battle, but our NPC informant suddenly was stuck with a Fear demon and a couple of ghosts, in an inaccessible part of the map. This "chamber" was bordered with a cliff on one side and barred gate on the other side.

I've got a new bug, one that's annoying.
My ability slots, despite me having chosen four abilities, end up empty once I get in game. Of the three matches I tried playing today, only one of them acknowledged that I had selected abilities. I feel like a chump for leaving as soon as the game starts, but without anything other than basic attacks, I'm more useless than a level one character (not that there's anything wrong with playing a level one character, but a level thirteen kit should have at least a few abilities, no?). Abilities on my action slot are Knockout Powder, Leaping Shot, Long Shot and Explosive Shot. If it happens again, I'll take a screenie of it.

Are you in Australia? I wonder if it could it be a connection based issue. I refuse to host because I have ADSL 2+, however, could my not so great connection be exacerbating this? Hmm. I did notice some rubber banding in these matches, but it's not unplayable until either the ability bar bug occurs or the bug below occurs.
And another one. Invisible enemies, walls and other environment pieces. Map was Orlesian Chateau, rooms 3 and 5. The others cleared room five but we were stuck in game despite that, probably because I bugged out. Unsurprisingly, enemies could still hit me and did end up killing me. :x
The people in the group must be getting sick of me, they were the same ones as one of the matches where my ability bar bugged out ._.

As a templar, not being able to disable shield wall when your stamina is low. You can jump or attack to circumvent it, but that can get you killed when you should be getting out of the way.

Ok so after sinking a little over 100 hours into just the multiplayer and loving my time there i have encountered several bugs that require fixing and it needs to happen fast.
1. Firstly receiving negative XP at the end of a game Win/Loss it has happened more than once
2. An invisible stalker for the Red Templar faction preventing you from continuing. You can hit this stalker and watch it burn but it takes no damage and the only way out is for the host to quit and reset the area
3. 100% invisible enemies who cannot be targeted but are able to target you and kill you (Even AOE won't touch them)
4. Demon Commander (not a bug) this guy is way too powerful with a very large moveset that just outright stunlocks an entire party. Easily possible to kill on Threatening difficulty with a decent group but with a pug and no communication you stand no chance in hell
5. Venitori Commander (not a bug) she is weak as hell and dies way before the majority of the trash mobs. She definitely needs a buff
6. Healers were removed from the franchise so that we didn't feel the need for a permanent healer in out party. (I'm certain where i read that was official) but why must we have someone laying down barriers all the time. surely this is the same damn thing except more annoying since the aoe is very small for barriers
7. Loot, Don't really know where to start on this one. Chests are the most broken thing i have even seen (I'm level 20 and have prestige 4 times) most of my classes are 15+ why am i still receiving absurd amounts of Item level 1 equipment when the best bow i received was only 3 games into the multiplayer at only level 7? This is not RNG this flat out broken
8. Completely sealed doors, i watched a Warrior on more than 1 occasion kick or headbutt a brick wall only for it to still be closed and prompt to open it now removed and preventing the team entering to obtain the loot chests
9. I'm sure there are many more things that are bugged but this is what i have personally experienced

I would suggest three ideas, lower the max amount of damage of his teleport ability,(or make it very clear he's about to attack and give time to avoid it) make his scream AOE smaller, and make him not invincible while he screams. I insta quit when I see we're fighting demons. I know its a coward tactic, but I know we're not gonna win when he can stun lock the entire team and wipe us all out with a single undetectable teleport skill. The only way I know to avoid his skills is if you just happens to have fade step ready to be used. other than that, your screwed.
5. I agree. But i could care less if she gets changed or not, as long as they don't give her any cheap, unavoidable, one hit kill skills.
6. Not sure what to make of this. It would be nice to have passive skill to learn that increases the AOE size of the barrier though. Not something I really care about.
7. GOT DAYUM I agree that the loot is major suck fest. I dont even know how the loot works in this game. It isn't level based, it isn't difficulty based, it doesn't progress like me3 multiplayer. I dont know what to make of it. It seems like it just gives out random loot at a random level. Im not sure what they can do to remedy this situation.

But my biggest issues is the infinite loading screen when you try to leave a game because the lag is really bad, or when your trying to join a game.
And the rubberbanding when I use a movment skill. Like sometimes I would use the combat roll to avoid an attack, only for me to appear right back where I started, same thing with the mages fade step(hate teleporting back into the demon commander scream) and the rogues evasion skill. It doesn't happen all the time, but in some games it happens often. Something needs to be done on the network side to compensate for that if they dont want to give us dedicated severs and rely on this peer to peer connection type.
the broken vase thing, I encounter in just about every game.
I also encounter the rampage bug where it doesn't activate, i would start attacking an enemy, even though im black and glowing yellow, I would receive no health when I attack. It doesn't happen often, but when it doesn't work and your low on health, you notice it immediately.

If you know what to look for, it is detectable. There's an aura of a sort that appears on the character that's targeted, and if you're quick enough, you can dodge it. I've frequently tried to get out of the way but still managed to be within the AOE range and ended up on my rear, but I have managed to dodge it a once or twice even with latency. It's something that'll take practice, and a preferably decent connection to the host. Otherwise, if people are bunched up, not only will it knock the targeted player down, but whoever else was near them.
Another BSNer has posted a thread on it, and it can be found here: How to dodge the Demon Commander instakill [Video]. I take no credit for this, I only want to spread the word so the demon faction isn't such a frustrating enemy.
The vases that don't break or drop anything despite being attacked is something I also experience, hopefully they are able to find a fix for this, as my packrat ways predispose me to looting everything I see.

Personally I like it as it creates an element of danger and resource management is paramount to progress.
This was something frankly missing for years from the RPGs, healing to be quite frank has always been feast or famine and there's never going to be a middle ground with it.
It's either OP, which makes it required or UP and nobody plays healers.
Barrier creates utility, allows the Mage to be much more than a single skill bot (Barrier is still necessary but once it's cast and on CD you're now free to CC and DPS) and kills off a hard to balance play style.
Admittedly its not perfect, Barrier has a long way to go (as does Guard) before folk notice that this is a healthy choice made for the betterment of a Genre that has often been cited as staleing and dying.

I'm playing on the PC and there are quite a few bugs.
Seems like every time a red templar shadow bugs out, its because hes killed during an elementalist's meteor while trying to use stealth. So he stealths, but hes dead and invulnerable. And then that run is over. Fun stuff.
Katari bugs: besides trying to hit anything with a mace, charge doesn't stop sometimes even if you hit its button again. Charge gets stopped by venatori blocks (but not shield guys?) and wraith magic attacks. Charge is prone to super rubber banding around corners.
Grappling hook doesn't work on wraiths. It doesn't pull the target to you 80% of the time. It bugs out the ice witches and they fly around on the screen. I've even had it teleport me to the ice witch because she flew to another spot while being pulled in.
I've only had one game where I started with no abilities, and a bunch of games where I joined in progress and I couldn't move.
I had a game tonight where when i hit the healing well before wave 5, it teleported everyone else to the door and they were leashed to that spot. If they moved 5 feet, they puffed back. If a person afflicted with that bug doesn't leave the game, it can never end. Doesn't matter if you win or lose. During a victory with a leashed person, the victory screen will spin endlessly until they alt-f4.
Sometimes you don't get any xp after a match (pretty rare but really annoying).
Failed to join session prompts a loading screen from character select, why?????????
I really like the multiplayer, though!

1. Sometimes I won't receive experience points after mission completion and/or failure. It seems to be random.
2. The invisible Red Templar enemy. I've noticed sometimes when my team has seemingly killed every enemy (Red Templars) on the map (has happened on all 3 maps,) the mission to "Eliminate all enemies" still isn't fulfilled. This means we can't complete our mission, which means no experience points unless the host quits or is kicked in order to restart the Zone. People here seem to think it's the Red Templar Stalker that causes it, and they could be right.
3. The Zone rendering glitch as posted in a picture before me. Sometimes when the team proceeds to the next Zone, the rest of the map fails to render and I'm caught behind. This has only happened to me a few times, but all of those times were at the Orlesian Chateau.
4. The Elite Assassin's Mantle (Dawn) has an Armor Rating of 0.
5. The pot glitch, where a pot randomly phases and reforms, forcing you to break it again. I've had this happen 5 times in a row trying to break the same pot.
6. The infinite "Joining session..." glitch. Sometimes this will hapen when using Quick Match, and you have to relaunch the game to escape it.
7. At the start of a match, being unable to rotate camera. Seems random.
I also have some non-glitch related issues...
1. Characters shoving each other... This is very annoying and if we could just remove that feature it would be excellent. My Katari would then never get stuck behind a slow strolling Keeper again.
2. There needs to be a Random Stage option.
3. Is it just me or does every character have the same face? If you look closely you might see that every character's face looks eerily similar, with only width/size adjustments to fit each race. It bothers me more than I wish it did, and I wish we could at least customize each of our character heads using the Character Creator.
4. Loot system. The RNG of the drops seems very strange, but they wouldn't really need to adjust it greatly if they just added the crafting system from Campaign mode.
5. Need more armor variants, especially for Katari and Necromancer since the Mortalitasi Raiment and Deathbringer's Hide are not updates in appearance for them.
I think the Demon Commander is fine the way it is, but I suppose you could nerf its teleport damage move particularly on Routine mode if you have to.
Also I don't think it's very good for someone to wish for a Healer class when they admit to face-tanking the Red Templar Commander. XD

Today we had one who wasn't in stealth. He was just standing around passively and invincible. Penguin made a video of it, I asked him to post it here.

Not sure if this is a bug or some enemy skill I'm unaware of, but on two separate occasions I have been shot by a single enemy arrow and taken 4 instances of damage, as if being shot 4 times all in one go.

I have had situations where my party and I walk into a new area (example 4/5) and the enemies are completely invisible or not present. We are unable to hit anything, see special doors (such as dispel doors, bashing doors and lock picked doors) but can usually still interact with them to get into a loot room. Even in the situation there is a guardian to the loot room it will be invisible and attack very sparringly. Only solution I have worked out so far is to just have the party wipe. If we look at the door location to the next (font) room, it shows a wide open tundra instead of anything else.
PC for that instance btw.

I think fire DoT is really busted. Sometimes I take no DoT damage, other times i take 5 hits over time then a massive triple hit at the end that always kills me.

Its ocurring the same problems on PC! The invencible Stalker occured 3-4 times (in Venatory and Elven ruins) i think and more 3-4 some invisible enemy that wanst appearing on the map and we couldnt continue because of it (its ocurring in all maps).
Sometimes there are unbreakable jars for all classes and the mages (elementalist and keeper) could not target the jars many times!

Forgot about other bug on PC:
Sometimes when entering a game, after it loaded we cant move, can cast spells/habilities, attack and rotate but we cant move and nothing solve it, need to leave the game!
Sometimes when searching a game the screen freezes, you cant find the game and cant go back to multiplayer menu, need close the game using Alt + F4 or Task Manager.
Those are the most annoying bugs i've seen in the multiplayer
