I feel like this must be a really silly question because I havent seen it anywhere, but where on earth do you find the Advanced Scouts perks? A lot of people adviced me to pick it up so I'll find materials easier, but I've scrolled through the inqusition perks probably a hundred times now without seeing it. It should be visable even if it's locked, right?
As I said, it feels like it's probably obvious but not finding it is really doing my head in. If anyone could post a screenshot of it or a very detalied description of where I'll find it, I'd really appreciate it!
