Ok so i bought all of them and you seem to be able to sell them as books but when i go to my inventory to use them i can't find them, what exactly do you do after buying them?
Just bought all mounts in skyhall, how to use them?

Go up to the fence of the stables where your horse is standing (or should be standing) - the word "Stables" should pop somewhere. Interact with that to choose a mount to use.
