So, I looked up the video that shows where the locations are. I got the two tomes but am stuck at the one near the beach area. I've read there was a glitch and it seems to be causing problems for many. Someone told me to restart a save from before I took over the garrison and grab it before doing so. However, that happened 'SEVERAL' hours ago. Anyone know if there's another way of getting these tomes or am I doomed to go for a different specialization do to a bug?
