Potential Major Bug: Plathrough States Shows Imported Characters As Generic Heroes, Not Custom Heroes As In Custom World State

When I started my game I verified the time stamp of the world state being imported was correct, and it said it was using a custom world state. My custom worlds have my specific heroes, not generic ones.
Is this happening to anyone else? When it is exporting the world state back to the keep are you finding substituted generic heroes where your custom heroes should be in the "Playthrough World States"?
Make sure you are checking the right one, I am talking about the "Playthrough World State", you have to specifically make it editable and import it into the keep to look at its tapestry. If you didn't have to make it editable and import it to the keep, then you are looking at the wrong page.

It's very strange, all the aspects of the Tapestry are correct, except that is it using the generic hero name and portrait for my Warden & Hawke.

I have defaults too. They mention this in the previous keep stream why this happens and is not a bug, and is nothing to worry about, as long the race, gender, origin, class are correct.
All the game needs from the keep is race, class, gender, origin from the warden and class and gender from Hawke.
The game doesn't take the custom data(Name, and profile). As a result when the game sends back data to the keep it is the default heroes.
So you have headcanon the first names of our Wardens and our Hawkes(the game just uses their last name).

Bioware, why, why do you continue to find new ways to being darkness into my world?

This really makes the whole synching process seem completely and utterly pointless then. One could have simply input that data into the keep by selecting a generic character and avoided the annoying and broken syncing process. Why let one attach a custom hero to a keep state if nothing custom about them is going to be imported?! *Head Explodes*

Damned if you do, Damned if you don't. At least they tried to have everyone have their characters in the keep. I mean they could just said nope everyone use defaults, who cares about custom characters, but I don't think they expected collecting data from the old servers transfer them into the keep, and moving the transfer system directly in the keep to be this difficult.
In the end its better if everyone just use the defaults, headcanon their heroes first name and look(can change Hawke's appearance), export, and play DA:I.

Thank you for your explanation. I was worry that something went wrong during the export. I missed the Keep stream. That's a bit disappointing but it's an understandable design decision. (i.e. a very long firstname such "John Warren Alexander" could have cause display issue in a text mentionning him)

Well I can't change anything in regards to my heroes. When creating a new world state, it picks randomly some characters. No matter what I try to change, it will not let me change anything. Doesn't matter if I try with default heroes or imported ones. I'm really confused about what's going on here (and no my world state isn't locked).

The game doesnt look at that info (as they explained on last weeks Twitch stream) partially because of how people used them as custom avatars. etc
