Hi guys,

First off, I love your game. Seriously. I think it is probably your best release since the first Mass Effect in terms of cohesive story development and immersion (still get shivers when I think of that conversatin with Sovereign).

That said, there are a few oversights I think would be easy enough to impliment that would improve the experience.

One, you really do need to add an NPC to the game that will let you change up hair styles and "tattoos" at the very least, since your character creator lacks a full zoom feature and some of the lighting is weird (I also don't understand not giving us access to a few different body types, I'm sure sliders would have been overkill but the elf female body in particular is disturbing, and Sera's is much nicer) it is easy to build a character that you're not super happy with. At least being able to adjust some basic features like these would give you some sense of releif regarding an ugly toon you've already sunk 20 hours into and don't want to start over, again.

Two, the specialization quests... I'm still on my first playthrough, as such I've only been exposed to the quests for the rogue... but I'm going to assume the other class's are just as bad. I understand what you were going for here, but I'm so sick of tedious grinds in these games it actually really damages my attitude towards a product when I'm faced with one. "Collect 20 of these plants and 3 of these coins, then build this knife" might seem innocuous enough, but so little is explained it just leaves you running in circles. "Where are these coins?" "I killed these mobs before I got access to the specialists, there is nothing to loot where they are supposed to be... So now I can't learn a specialty?" Simple, more straight forward quests would have been better. "Want to be an assassin? Go forth and murder these people for me. Don't ask questions, you're a tool." I would much prefer something like that.

This last one isn't really a "suggestion" so much as a bit of commentary regarding my subjective take on the characters in the game. Sera and Cole feel really hollow to me, in fact, nothing about cole feels right and Sera annoys me. If Cole is a spirit of some sort, why not give him a unique talent tree that reflects that? His story doesn't match his skillset. Everyone else is alright in that regard (not a fan of Varric's specialty being traps though). Sera just feels like someone in the writing department has a crush on Harley Quinn as well as a fetish for schizophrenics. Her whole "Red Jenny" thing is so clearly a take on "Red John" from the Mentalist as well, it kind of irritates me. Oh yeah, and she's really ugly. XD

Thank anyone that reads this for their time and consideration.

The Red Jenny bit references questlines from DA:O called "Friends of Red Jenny", about a secret society of thieves.  The game was long in development and released only 6 months after the show you mentioned debuted so I don't think its very likely they drew inspiration from it but I suppose anything is possible :)

Yeah it has nothing to do with The Mentalist. Lol

Love that show btw. Too bad it's the last season and its a short one to boot.

I don't remember that from DA:O and I beat that game multiple times. Huh, you have to admit that the presentation in DA:I sounds very much like the Red John network in The Mentalist. :)
