I want to build a tier 3 staff, but I have no idea where to find the schematics. Does anyone have any idea where to buy/find them? All help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Got my archmage staff schematics in still ruins in western approach in the locked room. First chest by the table. Chests are random, tho.

The vendor that appears in the keep you capture in Emprise du Lion sells a T3 staff schematic (and T3 upgrade schematics) I believe.

I think all of the ones i got were rewards from quests. Got a first enchanter staff, archmage staff, and masterwork archon staff. I might have bought the arcmage staff from the keep in Emprise de Lion. I got the masterwork archon staff for doing venitori spy network using liliana.

As a note, the archon staff and the first enchanter staff have the same stats.(86-115)

The seer staff does too, but all three have different slot types, and the materials will affect overall damage too.
