Is there supposed to be a limit to the number of times you can fill a particular requisition? Because I'm at the Oasis region (sorry if that's a spoiler) and am being offered the same two requisitions (for varying amounts of serpentstone and paragon's luster) multiple times -- the requisitions officer offers me a new instance of it as soon as i complete the old one.

 

Since I've collected a fair amount of those materials, I've amassed about fifteen power from a couple of minutes at the requisition table. Is this a glitch of some kind? Or am I supposed to be able to take these surveys time and time again?

Pretty sure they're designed to be repeatable to increase power easily.

Its deliberate so you have a way to get power if you somehow run out and cant't progress the plots

Seems like too easy of a way to get power. It is easy enough to get power as it is.

That's why they did it. Power isn't really a hard to come by currency so they provide an easy way to gain this currency for those who want it.

I stopped doing those quests. I'd rather keep the crafting materials.

Same.  Once I realized they just repeated and only gave 1 power I just started to ignore them.  I'm not exactly strapped for Power or anything at the moment.
