I cannot seem to connect to the Dragon Age server and import my Dragon Age Keep world state. I can play Dragon Age: Inquisition just fine with a default world state, but I would much rather import my Dragon Age Keep world state for a more personal experience.
Here is what happens whenever I attempt to connect:
- I turn my Xbox One on.
- I log into Xbox Live with no problem.
- I start Dragon Age Inquisition (which I purchased via download as opposed to buying a physical copy).
- I have Dragon Age Inquisition set to automatically log me into my Origin account whenever I start the game. So, it tries to log me in.
- I receive the message with the title Online Connection "THE DRAGON AGE SERVER IS UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."
- I wait for roughly 15 minutes between attempts to reconnect. I press Y to log in, but I receive the same message each time.
So far, I have never entered my Origin email or password into any field on Dragon Age Inquisition. I have been having this problem everyday since the day that it launched, 18 Nov. 2014.
I should also note that online activities and functions in other games (or just the Xbox One interface) connect and work with no issue at all.
Is there a fix for this already in place? Do others have the same issue? Also, is there any other thread with a similar topic I could browse?
EDIT: This problem also prevents me from playing multiplayer in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
