When you're in combat, taken 0 damage, and then you use flank attack to go into stealth mode and use shadow strike or use stealth itself and then attempt to use shadow strike it doesn't work and the skill doesn't activate at all. This has happened to me multiple times. It seems to only work if combat hasn't started and you stealth and sneak up to an enemy and then use it immediately right before any kind of combat has started on an enemy.

The skill description doesn't say anything like that though, so this skill definitely seems bugged.
